Stunning doesn't even describe this Regal beauty!  Large glass crystals with smaller rhinestones and aurora borealis crystals.  Can be a brooch or pendant would look amazing on a cloak - or use your imagination!  Great for a regency ball!  In excellent condition, likely 1940's or 1950's. This is a statement! 3.5" in length!
